RATES FOR USE OF FACILITIES
|1||Main Conference Auditorium(an air conditioned 300-plus seater) with P.A system, standby Generator||US $1000.00 or its cedi equivalent|
|2||Syndicate Rooms(seats up to 50) air conditioned, Flip Chart and Markers||US $100.00 or its cedi equivalent|
|3||Compound(front or Back) including 3 pagodas||US $400.00 or its cedi equivalent|
|4||Projector||US $100.00 or its cedi equivalent|
CHARGE AGAINST DAMAGES/RESTORATION:
Please note that all Clients will in addition be charged a refundable deposit of $100.00 per booking against any damages or cost of restoration.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full payment. Payment is required at least two (2) weeks before the event.
- Cancellation two (2) weeks to the scheduled date will not attract any fee
- Cancellation within ten (10) days to the scheduled date will attract a fine of 20% of the total booking.
- Cancellation within 24 hours to the scheduled date will attract 100% of the amount paid for one day.
- Staying beyond the approval hours of the programme will attract additional charges.
